Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Bolt-In Pest Control provides professional pest control services including but not limited to:
- Residential and commercial pest control
- Termite inspection and treatment
- Rodent control and exclusion
- Emergency pest control services
- Preventive pest management programs
Service Guarantee
We guarantee our services will be effective when performed according to our recommendations. If pests return between scheduled services, we will re-treat at no additional charge.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Returned checks will incur a $35 fee
Cancellation Policy
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about pest problems
- Follow pre-service preparation instructions
- Ensure access to treatment areas
- Follow post-service recommendations
- Report any concerns promptly
